Protocol terapeutic corespunzător poziţiei nr. 3, cod (B013K): MEDICAŢIA ADJUVANTĂ TERAPIEI ANTIVIRALE ÎN HEPATITE CRONICE DCI: FILGRASTIM Indicaţii Utilizarea filgrastim pentru susţinerea terapiei antivirale la doze optime. Tratament Doze - Se începe administrarea de filgrastim 5 micrograme/kgc/zi timp de 3 zile consecutiv dacă granulocitele scad la 1.000 mm3. - Gr: 750 - 1.000 mm3: - filgrastim 5 micrograme/kgc/zi timp de 3 zile; - doză întreagă de interferon. - Gr: 500 - 750 mm3: - filgrastim 5 micrograme/kgc/zi timp de 3 zile; - reducerea dozei de interferon conform protocolului. - Gr: < 500 mm3: - filgrastim 5 micrograme/kgc/zi timp de 3 zile; - întreruperea interferonului conform protocolului. Monitorizare Monitorizarea se realizează prin identificarea săptămânală a numărului de granulocite.
